We want you to love your Touchland experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
